Modern Slavery

Red Citadel is committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our operations or supply chains. We conduct our business with integrity and transparency, in full alignment with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and internationally recognised human rights standards.

We uphold fair employment practices and require the same from all our partners, contractors, and suppliers. Employment must always be freely chosen, with fair pay, safe working conditions, and respect for every individual’s dignity.

Our ongoing actions include:

  • Conducting reasonable due diligence checks on suppliers and contractors.
  • Requiring all partners to comply with ethical labour standards.
  • Providing employee training on recognising and reporting modern slavery risks.
  • Reviewing our procedures and supplier relationships annually to maintain compliance.

Any concerns or suspicions related to modern slavery or human trafficking can be reported in confidence via the CONTACT US form.

Red Citadel will continue to review and strengthen its processes to ensure that our operations and supply chains remain free from modern slavery and human trafficking.
